Terms of Use
Bookings
You book a photo by contacting me via my booking form on this page or by email. I live in Copenhagen SV, but I travel around Sealand for photography. Depending on the photography project I may travel to the rest of the country or outside of Denmark. Additional transportation charges apply in case the travel distance is further than 20km. Within Denmark the transportation fee is 3kr per kilometer if the destination is further than 20km away.
Payment
You will receive an invoice for the photography work after the photography has ended. The digital files are not delivered until the payment has been registered. The payment can be made both before and after the photo session, but not later than 7 days after the photo session took place
Receiving the photos
I only provide edited images, it is not possible to receive the raw files. The pictures are edited in a way that represents my own personal style and photography. However, during the preliminary conversation, the customer is welcome to explain or show examples of how they want their photos to look like and the style can be agreed on beforehand. All images are cropped and edited individually. I select the images, but depending on the package size you have selected you could have the possibility to select the photos you want to keep from the entire selection or buy additional photos.
I strive to deliver your photos within 1-2 weeks after the photo shoot, but there may be periods in the high season where extra waiting time may be expected. The images are delivered in high-resolution as well as web quality and can thus be used both on social platforms and printed out in a larger format. Delivery of digital files only takes place when payment has been registered.
Cancelations and Refunds
You can cancel the photo session up to 1h before the shooting has begun. There is also no right of refund for the digital photos, as these are made individually for you, so they are non-refundable.
Copyrights
Right of use
When you receive your photos, you have the right to use them. You can therefore use your photos for private use, give them as a gift, print them, and share them on your social media. If you need the photos for commercial purposes a special contract will be signed between me (RTStudios, the model, and the company who will use them for commercial purposes).
The photographer's use of your photos
As a photographer, I own the copyright to the images. Social media and marketing are an important part of my work as a photographer, and my visibility and sharing of images allow others to find me and follow my work. I, therefore, use some of your pictures on my social platforms as well as in my portfolio/social media/competitions/others. For that purpose, we can make an oral or written agreement between RTStudios and the customer in regards to whether the images can be used by me for marketing purposes or not I respect your desire to not have your photos published!
